Aylesbury Mosque held their Community Iftar last week (May 25th).
This is always a special occasion at which the community meet and rejoice in the great diversity, unity and love that we share for each other.
All religions and faiths came together to mark this special occasion, where at 9.07pm their fast was broken.
An Iftar is the evening meal to break the fast at the end of the day during Ramadan.
This years event has been marked out as being the best ever with a fantastic cross section of the community taking part.
Asad Mahmood, from the Mosque, said: 'It's been exemplerary, it's surpassed all of our expectations, in terms of the turnout, the representation across Aylesbury. 'The list goes on and on and I'm truly overwhelmed. 'It makes Ramadan that much more special.'
